Reiki is a powerful, restorative, and spiritual healing experience. It is deeply relaxing and can help relieve stress and anxiety, it helps to restore a sense of calm and clarity in the body and mind. This remote healing session includes a body scan, Chakra work and balancing, Reiki healing, aura combing, and a Reiki guided past, present and future card reading.

I ask that you make yourself nice and comfortable for the session, preferably laying down with a blanket. You can use anything that calls to you to create a sacred space such as meditation music, essential oils, crystals, incense. After the session a detailed follow up email will be sent to you along with a timelapse video.

Distance Reiki

Full 45 minute Distance Reiki session with the addition of a 7 card reading. The Super Seven Reading looks deeper into the past, present and future messages. Looking for influences that may be obscructing you, and also actions that may help move you forward. After the session you will feel harmonised, lighter and focused. You will receive two follow up emails; one for the Reiki, and one for the Super Seven Reading.

Childrens Distance Reiki

Reiki helps children feel more relaxed, it eases stress and anxiety, helps boost their self esteem and self awareness, it improves concentration, calms and balances, and promotes a deeper more restful sleep. Since Reiki works on all levels, the physical, emotional and spiritual, the body will be able to use the energy to find balance on its own. It will adjust to the moment and needs of the individual child.

The gentle Reiki healing and Chakra Balancing can be sent while the child is asleep during a nap or at bedtime, or if the child is old enough to lay still they can relax and focus on the healing energy.

Chakra Balancing

When the Chakras are balanced we feel more confident, energised and focused. If you are feeling sluggish or a little off a Chakra Balance may be helpful for you. This is the same Chakra work that I perform in a full Distance Reiki Session. It is perfect for in between sessions, or for anyone wanting to sample distance energy work.
​
The Chakra Balancing takes around 20 minutes, you can meditate during this time although it is not essential, in fact you don't need to do anything at all for it to work. Once I have finished I will send you a follow up email detailing the Chakras that were unbalanced and how they relate to how you are feeling.

Before a reading I charge the chosen deck with Reiki energy which works to serve only good for your higher self. Reiki is my way of connecting to the Divine source to ask for your guidance. Readings are delivered by email, usually upon your scheduled date.
